Human Response Pro System

A comprehensive toolkit for the measurement of human response to vibration

Many aspects of our lives including work, travel and leisure expose our bodies to vibration. Many of these vibration phenomena are described and limited by legislation and many can be accurately measured according to specific ISO, DIN and EEC standards. Prosig’s Human Response Pro System provides all the hardware and software required to carry out human vibration measurement.

Hardware

P8004:Ultra portable

The Prosig P8004 is an ultra portable, high quality, 24-bit data acquisition system. It is compact, rugged and has 4 analog inputs for vibration measurement signals.

P8012: Portable

The Prosig P8012 can hold up to 3 cards giving up to 24 analog input channels. This is ideal for mobile applications where extra vibration measurement is required.

P8020: Portable

The Prosig P8020 has the same rugged, portable chassis as the others systems and can accommodate up to 40 vibration measurement channels.

High Channel Count

The P8048 consists of a 12 card chassis that can be packaged for rack mounting or in a portable case. Systems can be connected to give up to 1024 synchronised channels of vibration measurement.

Prolog Controller

Prolog is a controller that can replace your laptop or PC to allow remote, unattended or standalone operation of a P8000 system. The system may include one or more P8000 chassis.

Software

DATS Toolkit

DATS is a comprehensive package of data acquisition, vibration measurement, vibration analysis and other signal processing tools.

Rotating Machinery

The Rotating Machinery option contains a complete set of tools for the measurement and analysis of vibration caused by cyclic forces such as those found in engines, gearboxes, turbines & wheel excitations.

Human Biodynamics

Ideal for the measurement of human response to vibration according to relevant ISO, DIN & EEC standards. Includes hand arm, vibration dose, whole body and so on. Also adds SEAT testing & vehicle crash biodynamics.
